Concert for First Responders | Kempthorn Motors
The Concert for First Responders is a live music event with first-rate country music talent that aims to raise funds for first responders. These include volunteer, reserve, and auxiliary fire fighters, paramedics, police officers, and The American Red Cross. All of these groups often incur out-of-pocket expenses in their service of the community, especially when purchasing items critical to their work.
The concert will be held at Centennial Plaza in Canton, Ohio, on May 21, 2022 at 6:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public, and you can donate to the cause. Not only does this charity event promise to provide first responders in our area with the tools they need to continue to do their critical work, but it also promises to be a rocking good time with some of the hottest country music talent to pass through the North Canton and Massillon areas.
Concert Lineup
The concert’s headliners are the Buck Naked Band, who’ve been named on the FOX 8 Hotlist as a best local band, and Lauren Mascitti, a Louisville Ohio native and top 40 finalist on American Idol. These acts are sure to bring out the crowds from the surrounding area, from Akron and beyond.
Concert Area and Refreshments
The concert’s location in Centennial Plaza allows patrons to buy food and drinks from the immediate area surrounding the main location, from a large selection of establishments downtown. It’s encouraged to take your refreshments outside. The atmosphere promises to be lively, with the Buck Naked Band on stage from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Lauren Mascitti taking the stage from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
