I had called the dealership and spoken to Kris Reinhart twice the previous week to inquire about the car, first to make sure they had it and second to make sure they still had it the day I planned to come in (since I was driving from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Canton, Ohio). He set the car aside for me and walked out to great me when I arrived at the dealership. Kris was an amazing individual to work with, and very understanding of my previous knowledge of the vehicle (I had done a lot of online research prior to coming in). He treated me with respect and I truly appreciate the way he worked with me in discussing the vehicle, my trade in, and in negotiating the final price. I felt very good about the entire process, everyone we dealt with was very considerate. I would absolutely recommend Kris and this dealership to any of my friends. Thank you!

Bob Novak went above and beyond to help us in our time of crisis. We purchased the Jetta for our daughter Samantha to help her establish credit. Less than two weeks later an elderly gentleman turned left in front of her and she hit him head on at 45 mph. The car saved her life. Her airbag deployed, doors unlocked, radio was turned off and hazard signals came on. She walked away with severe contusions only...no broken bones, no internal injuries, no major bodily trauma. The car was eventually declared to be a total loss.
Bob Novak worked with us everyday after the accident. He kept us calm, and he found an exact replacement car. He was a wealth of knowledge and a rock. Thank you Bob! We wish to express our graditude to Bob and to Volkswagon. You build a superior car and I feel we would have lost our daughter that terrible day if not for the outstanding safety features .
